Shot in the hills of Trelawny, Jamaica, and released during Black Music Month, "Rasta Time" reflects on the legacy of Emperor Haile Selassie and the long reach of Rastafari into lifestyle and wellness. It's a Jamaica and Africa link-up: a rhythm from Nigerian producer Jayscilla, guitar from Christopher Campbell, and a mix and dub from Riva Nile, son of Cleveland Browne of Steely & Clevie. Daily Reggae named it Song of the Week.

Born Rory Cha in Mandeville, Yaadcore learned to play sound as a boy following his father's sound system. He toured the world as Protoje's DJ, co-founded the Dubwise Jamaica party series (now in 12+ countries), and was the first DJ to play Chronixx and Kabaka Pyramid on Jamaican radio. Now the selector who helped launch a generation steps up to the mic.
