The Rasta Time EP brings together the title single, features from Capleton, Imeru Tafari, and Malaika, and an acoustic version of "Rasta Time" to close out Side B. The title track was shot in the hills of Trelawny, Jamaica, following Yaadcore through the countryside in search of ital food and good vibes.

Built on a rhythm from Nigerian producer Jayscilla with guitar from Christopher Campbell, then mixed and dubbed by Riva Nile, son of Cleveland Browne of Steely & Clevie, it reflects on the legacy of Emperor Haile Selassie and the influence of Rastafari on lifestyle and wellness.

Daily Reggae named it Song of the Week. Born Rory Cha, Yaadcore started DJing at 14 in Mandeville, toured as Protoje's DJ, and co-founded Dubwise Jamaica, the sound system that helped push a new wave of roots reggae to the surface. Vogue named him an essential player in Jamaica's new reggae movement. He has recorded with Lee "Scratch" Perry, Sizzla, Capleton, Richie Spice, and Bun B, and played Cali Roots, Reggae On The River, and Rototom Sunsplash.

His debut album Reggaeland sold out on vinyl and now trades for over $100, so don't sleep on this one.
